We’re looking for an enthusiastic C-Level Technician (Apprentice) ready to start or grow a career in the automotive industry. This entry-level position provides structured training, mentoring, and advancement opportunities in a professional, supportive environment.

Position Summary
The Technician C-Level assists with inspections, maintenance, and light repairs under the guidance of experienced technicians. This is a learning role designed to build foundational technical skills, knowledge of shop operations, and professionalism needed for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with vehicle check-ins, inspections, and routine maintenance.
  • Train under A- and B-Level Technicians to learn diagnostic and repair procedures.
  • Attend training sessions and actively seek feedback for improvement.
  • Follow repair orders and document completed work accurately.
  • Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and equipment care.
  • Follow all safety and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications:
  • 0–2 years of automotive or mechanical experience (technical school a plus).
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in automotive repair.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
